Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services (such as Twilio) required to deliver your messages.

All other information-sharing categories described above explicitly exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent.

4. SMS Messaging (Rallytext.org)

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages through Rallytext.org:

  • Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you subscribed to receive.
  • Your opt-in consent is documented and retained as required by applicable law and carrier regulations.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  • Your mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third-party marketers or lead generators.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. SMS opt-in records, consent documentation, and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of 4 years as required by applicable law and carrier regulations. You may request deletion of your account and non-compliance-required data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request to:
